How can I contact the Customer Service?

The Customer Service of Giardini di Toscana is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and can be reached as follows:

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, etc.), PayPal and Klarna.​

After how long will the order be shipped?

Once a new purchase is completed, the order is processed on the same day it is received, if received before 2 p.m., otherwise it will be processed on the next working day. As soon as the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with all the necessary data for tracking the package. If this does not happen, please contact our Customer Services at the following e-mail address: clienti@giardiniditoscana.com. Please note that our Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday. In the case of an order placed on a Friday late afternoon or during the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped on Monday of the following week.

How can I track my package?

As soon as the order placed is handed over to the courier, the customer receives an email with the link to track the package. Always check your spam mailbox. If the tracking email does not arrive, please contact our Customer Services (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) and we will provide you with the tracking as soon as possible.

 

Can I receive free product samples?

With every 100 ml perfume order placed in our online shop, we will send you 3 free samples of Giardini di Toscana fragrances. Samples are also available from authorized retailers.

 

Are our perfumes unisex? Are they seasonally related?

All our perfumes are unisex. The wording "men's/women's perfume" or "summer's/winters's perfume" is simply a commercial lettering due to a marketing philosophy that we do not like. From our point of view, what perfume has to give is mainly pleasure and emotion and therefore cannot be divided into categories.

What is our policy on environmental protection and respect for animals?

Giardini di Toscana has extremely strict ethical rules. We refuse to use raw materials extracted from animals or plants whose cultivation impairs the natural balance. We do not export to countries that demand animal testing and have no intention of doing so. All our products contain absolutely no animal-derived substances. There are many vegans among our customers, and we hold this issue in high regard. The essences inspired by animal odours are all strictly synthetic.

What should I do if I think I have received a counterfeit product?

If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, you should contact our Customer Service and provide details of the purchase (name of seller, place of purchase, etc.) so that we can assess all possible measures to fight against counterfeiting. Please also attach a photo of the box, the bottle and the lot indicated on the bottom of the bottle. This way we can let you know if the product is indeed fake. 

However, despite our fight against sites selling counterfeit and discounted Giardini di Toscana perfumes, the trade in fake products on the Internet is not easy to detect. We therefore remind all those who wish to purchase our products to do so exclusively on our official website or at our authorized retailers (both online shops and physical shops).

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact clienti@giardiniditoscana.com. We will delete it if it has not already been sent.

 

Do you do gift wrapping?

Yes, of course! We also do gift wrapping. When ordering, please specify your request in the notes section, or  send an e-mail to clienti@giardiniditoscana.com

 

Are gift vouchers available?

Sorry, but no gift vouchers are available at the moment.

 

What should I do if the product I receive is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Services by e-mail (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) or via Whatsapp (+39 366 974 1631) within 15 days after delivery of the product. You must send detailed photos and videos of the problem encountered. Our Customer Service will assess the situation and, if the product is indeed damaged, you will receive a return label by email. The defective perfume, together with its original packaging, must be placed in a box with all necessary impact protection. 

As soon as the damaged product reaches the company, a check will be carried out, and if the problem is confirmed, a new package will be sent to you at no extra cost.

DISPOSAL

We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging to reduce environmental impact. We actively strive to minimise the amount of materials used for packaging, favouring the use of easily disposable materials. Our goal is to minimise the environmental impact of our packaging during the disposal cycle. Furthermore, we are constantly looking for new solutions and strategies to further improve the sustainability of our products and packaging.
