Giardini di Toscana is a niche fragrance brand born from the vision and passion of
Silvia Martinelli, a "nez parfumeur" and “daughter of the arts,” who masterfully
transformed her family legacy and love for olfactory beauty into a line of unique,
timeless fragrances.
The family tradition began in 1942 with Silvia’s grandparents, Giovan Piero and
Emma Ducci, in Bibbiena, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, where they ran
a shop of fragrances and ointments.
Since then, the art of perfumery has been passed down through four generations,
evolving from a local business into an international brand of author fragrances.
Silvia refined her talent over 50 years of experience and through studies at presti
gious perfume schools in Italy and France.
Her vision has made Giardini di Toscana one of the most appreciated names in
independent perfumery today.

chains to reduce environmental impact and support the local economy. We support reforestation and forest management projects aimed at enhancing biodiversity and
absorbing CO in quantities that exceed the total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions recorded in our Carbon Footprint, which we update annually.

Brand evolution and positioning

The brand was born as a line of artistic fragrances initially intended for sale
