Shipping options for Italy are as follows:
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (for minor islands: 3–4 business days);
- Cash on Delivery: Cash on delivery is currently not available;
- Shipping costs in Italy vary according to the price ranges listed below:
- from €0 to €41.00 – €4.00 shipping fee
- over €41.00 – FREE shippingAt checkout, the Customer can choose their preferred courier among BRT, GLS, and DHL.
EU/WORLD
Shipping options for international orders are as follows:
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination country;
- For orders shipped to European Union countries, at checkout the Customer can choose their preferred courier among DPD, GLS, or DHL;
- For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are exceptions, as shipments to these countries are made via UPS;

Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States: at checkout, the final price includes all applicable taxes and customs duties. Therefore, the Customer will not have to make any additional payments upon delivery. However, in some cases these taxes and duties may not be included at checkout; in that event, the procedure described below for other non-EU countries will apply.

All other non-EU countries: the final total price does not include customs duties. After shipment, the Customer may receive a payment notice from the carrier for duties and/or taxes required to complete customs clearance and/or delivery.
Any amount due for duties, taxes, and customs charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with local regulations (e.g., value of the goods, product category, any exemption thresholds, import procedures).
Damaged product
If the product or packaging arrives damaged or ruined due to shipping, the customer is advised to contact our customer service (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) by sending detailed photos.
Without photographic evidence of the damaged product, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund. All damage claims sent via email will be considered only if received within 30 days from the date the customer received the goods.
