Damaged Product
If the product or its packaging arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, the customer is requested to contact our Customer Service (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) and provide detailed photographs. Without photographic evidence of the damaged product, we will not be able to process any returns, replacements, or refunds. All claims regarding damaged goods must be submitted via email within 30 days from the date the customer receives the merchandise.
