The customer can return the item within 14 days from the delivery of the product(s) ordered.
Before requesting the return of the product(s), the customer is required to email the request to clienti@giardiniditoscana.com specifying the order number and the reason of the return. The Customer Service will be in charge of authorizing the return.
In order to proceed with the return of the product(s), the customer can send the product back to the company at the following address:

Products that cannot be returned:

- BoraBora Body Cream
- Bianco Latte Body Cream
- Celeste Body Cream
- Blu Indaco Body Cream
Returns are not accepted for orders shipped via air transport, in particular to all non-EU countries, in accordance with applicable international regulations. This is due to the specific certifications and requirements necessary for the air shipment of perfumes.
To protect the health and safety of everyone, we cannot accept returns of these items.
We thank you for your understanding and for supporting us in maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
The product(s) must be in its original packaging (in its box), intact, in perfect conditions, wrapped with care and accompanied with its purchase receipt. Incomplete, damaged, used (even few nebulizations) or modified items will not be accepted.
The value of the returned products, net of any first delivery costs (€6 for Italy, €15 for UE, extra UE kindly check the page Shipping), will be refunded to the customer no later than 30 days after receiving the returned product(s).
The customer is requested to pay the return shipping costs and is responsible for the return of the goods. For this reason, we recommend the use of express couriers or registered mail.
Returns for Damaged Products:
If the product arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement and send a new item.
